When the two machines are placed across from each other, the operator need only turn around on the spot to operate either machine concurrently. The JTS-6050 is a loader / unloader of devices with sorting fuction on the burn-in board in process of burn-in test. Communicating with TDBI by server system, it sorts good and bad devices as well. Thus, the good devices are placed on the Off-Tray by the Transfer #2 Head and the bad devices are placed on the Reject Tray by Reject Head. There is also a DC Test function which tests devices prior to loading them into the burn-in board.
